The Rivers Edge will be a church with PASSION for the lost, COMPASSION for one another, VISION to reach the World and INTEGRITY in all. We will accomplish this through evangelism, discipleship, accountability, meaningful worship, training and releasing people in their giftings, raising up leaders and sending them out, and dynamic small group bible studies.
Our name says it all! We will be like a tree planted by the river of God, firmly rooted in the word Jer 17:5-8 Providing nourishment to the community around us and providing shelter and shade for the parched of this world. Our church will be a giver of the fruits through the Holy Spirit and will be reproducing itself wherever the wind of God takes the mature seeds.
